I'm back

Hi all fellow bloggers (if you're still there).

Yes, I'm back. And I hope I'll still be here for a long time, but who knows. As I believe you know, unless it's the first time you read my blog, I'm living at Madrid.

Finally I've got a job, a good one (except for the paying, but it's my first as a programmer, so it's not that bad). I've got my own house (but shared) and a live by my own, far from my boring town, but still in my boring country. Madrid is a fascinating city, or it might be if I had enough time to see it. But as I ride the tube and bus up to 2 hours a day I have enough time to wath and spend my time with my favourite hobby. I'm not being sincere, I don't spend that much time watching, I mostly spend it reading, but if you have 2 hours you get enough time to, at least, see somebody. This is not my first time at Madrid, so I can compare what it is now with what it was, and that's good, for you.

For a little spaniard being here it's even more weird than being at London, as the number of inmigrants are even higher than at London. But also they're different. In London you get mostly Indians, Pakistanies, and colored (I'm sorry if I'm not being politicalt incorrect, I'm not racist, but how can I say "black people" without somebody being angry?) people from Africa and other countries. Here you get mostly south americans, Marroccians, Nigerians and east europeans (bulgary, romania, ...). I saw that most of them speak Spanish as well as the England inmigrants speak mostly english, but of course not all of them, but a big number (you know what I mean, I guess). So anyhow I feel like being at London because pf the tube, the inmigrants and the big cities facts, but I also see it's completly different in most ways, Spanish ways.

My plan was this post just being a brief short talk to tell you where I am, but you know when I start writing I can't really stop. But I'll leave it now. I have to be up at 6AM and that's really hard for me. As I told you I feel a bit like being in England but without the good things (well, I have some good things as well). I have millions of things to tell you, and I hope you'll find some of them hilarious, specially when I finally speak about work mates, and flat mates (they are adorable, my flat mates, I mean, but also weird in a good way, well, sometimes not that good). But I have this guy I gave the nickname of "fat bastard" because of the Austin Powers film, but that's also a long story that deserves a whole post.

Anyway, thanks for still being there and you'll hear from me.

See you soon.

Manoel

PS: working on an office is a really bitchy world, I know most of you know it, but you'll see.
